Service for Visitors

Practical services to make your visit to the Wiesn easier: from lost property and lockers to first aid and information points.

Visitor services at Oktoberfest

Lost property

A central lost-and-found office is located on the festival grounds. Lost items can be handed in and collected there. After the festival, unclaimed items are transferred to the city's lost property office.

Lockers and left luggage

Lockers are available on the Theresienwiese for storing bags and valuables. Large bags and rucksacks are not allowed inside the tents; using a locker is recommended if you bring more than a small bag.

First aid and medical care

First-aid stations and medical staff are present across the grounds. They are clearly signposted. In case of illness or injury, go to the nearest first-aid point or ask festival staff.

Information points

Official information stands can provide programme leaflets, directions, and answers to common questions. Staff often speak German and English.

ATMs and payments

ATMs are available on the grounds. Many vendors accept cards, but cash is still widely used. Bring enough cash for food, drink, and rides.
